Our Vision for the fund is to create a Model 2020 Australian Rental Community based on the overarching principles of collaboration, sustainability, wellness and financial management, which will be replicated across Australia.

Sacrificing the long-term sustainability of our communities for short-term profits is not an option for the Impact Investment Fund. The Public Realm is the priority of the master planned community. Our residential rental communities are developed from insights gathered from qualitative and quantitative market research. The business model for our residential rental offering has been developed to provide a balanced portfolio of funding mechanisms throughout the lifecycle of the master-planned community across a phased and flexible leasing programme.

 

Healthcare

Healthcare is an equally powerful, core community element that further serves to define points of difference for Impact Investment Fund communities. A dedicated medical environment will re-define community healthcare and wellness. This will include the following:

The key to this is to make transit the convenient alternative to the automobile, and one that is frequent, clean, safe and reliable, with options within walking distance for every type of occupier.

An integrated transit-oriented model will include scheduled access to railway stations, airports and major destinations by electric bus networks, to reduce automobile dependency and congestion.
