The site will be an all-encompassing precinct which will include a supermarket, childcare centre, gymnasium, retail, apartments, food and beverage amenities, offices and medical suites. This project will make everyday life easy and enjoyable for many of its own and surrounding residents.

As Sunshine is growing with each passing year, so are the opportunities.The Victorian Planning Authority is working towards having seven mini-cities to cater for Melbourne’s booming population growth, which includes Sunshine.
